Short-term rentals, also called vacation rentals, are typically furnished apartments, condos, or houses where renters can feel more at home. Short-term rentals can be more appealing than hotels because of the prices, furnishings, and amount of space they can often provide.   

We have a cap of 25 Whole Home Short Term Rental Licenses; there are currently no Whole Home Licenses available.  To join the waiting list, please review the Ordinance below to verify your eligibility, and register for an account to apply for a New Permit through Short-Term Rental management company, Neumo at https://str.avenuinsights.com/.
