Home Occupational Use Permit

A home occupation permit allows you to legally establish or enact limited business operations from within your home. If you plan to conduct a business out of a residence in the City of Del Rey Oaks, you must obtain a Home Occupation Permit to be considered a legal business.  A home occupation is a secondary use, not the primary use of the residence. The intent of regulating home occupations is to reduce the impact of the business on the surrounding neighborhood and to insure compliance with applicable City of Del Rey Oaks municipal codes and ordinances.
