Planning and Building Guidelines - Complete Packet

Please complete the following steps BEFORE you start any demolition or construction inside or outside of your residence:

• Read the file attachment below carefully,
• fill out the two forms at the end of the packet, and
• call City Hall for an appointment to review then submit your forms.

If you are ONLY doing plumbing (such as replacing a water heater) or electrical (such as upgrading your panel), then you DO NOT need these forms. You can simply come to City Hall and we will issue your permit over the counter.
