Administrative Enforcement Hearing Committee

 

Purpose

 The Administrative Enforcement Hearing Committee conducts all administrative and appeal hearings authorized by the City of Del Rey Oaks Municipal Code or City Ordinance, authorizes the imposition of liens or other collection process against a responsible party and any affected property, as appropriate, and performs such other programs or functions related to administrative hearings and appeals that the City Council or the City Manager may, from time to time, authorize or request.
